Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden - Massachusetts

iWitnessed --> iRemember is thrilled to plant the first Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden in Massachusetts! With the help of the VFW, Girl Scouts, and real-life Rosie, Bertha Glavin, this ceremony helped make a Fourth of July Quincey will never forget!  After our veterans performed a flag ceremony, Bertha Glavin was the first to shovel soil onto our new Rosie rose garden, overlooking the beautiful Boston Harbor and city.  She was given a card from both sets of Girl Scouts (in Vermont and New Hampshire) that she spoke to the previous days, and a chance to ride in the Quincey July Fourth Parade!
